Cruz was fun, going up at speed limit wasn't that bad since we didn't get slowed down by anyone......wish I could have went with everyone at the end, but had to make sure the model made it down the mtn.

Hi Rich! Funny seeing you guys up there. Reminds me of the Z days (although I never did make any of those model cruises). Did you all have your "Adventure Passes"? I was following this guy up the hill, and it looked like he turned around to check you guys out.

Not your typical forest ranger this one was acting more like a cop wannabe. He did more than just check us out. He made everyone show there Ca. driver licenses and then gave everyone a lecture on California front license plate law. We also got a lecture on forestry permit requirements on taking pictures that could be considered commercial in nature. .

Yes, smokey bear was a pain in the a**, but I think we all made it up and down the hill, no tickets and no accidents. It was a fun day and she was such a cutie!

The Ranger just wanted Claudia on video...remember he said that he was taping everything from his dash cam...that's why he took Claudia in front of his vehicle

I've been up there a dozen times with no problems, I think that this time we where more close to the hwy, then being at the end of the turnout.....this one had more lookie loos stopping then I ever seen, could be the Vette's rather the the Z's I normally go up with

Just realized that I have over 500pics to convert from RAW files to viewable JPEG's....my camera shoots 21Megapics, so these files are HUGE!!!....it's better if U want to print poster size pics
