Default Hooker exhaust system

I remember seeing someone that said the had a header to muffler system by hooker made for corvettes. I am interested in that type of exhaust for my 79. Anyone have any ideas where I can find them maybe a part #.

P.A.W. has it in there catalog (part # 16521) for $119.95. When I tried to order the system for my 76, they said it was on back order, and they had no idea when they could get it, but that was a year ago. If you don't have a catalog, the # is 818-678-3000.

I have a full Hooker exhaust system, headers #2456, pipe kit #16521, Aero-Chambered mufflers #21501. Prices are $139, $116, $49 each. Fit good and sound great. Bought everything thru Summit.

Hi Paul, how much did the labour cost for that work?

Did you have to remove anything from under the hood in order to fit the headers in?

I installed all of the exhaust myself in my garage using jack stands. Then I took it to a muffer shop and had it welded. They charged me $40.

69shark...i think you have mike69's system mistaken for what toyvet1 wants, or others are mistaken for what toyvet1 wants....mike69 has the hooker header and sidepipe combo....correct mike??
what toyvet1 wants is the headers, pipes and mufflers as Paul 75 L82 had stated, i believe....but then again i could be a :troll here....LoL

in any case, ive never heard the aerochambers on a vette, but a guy i know has a crossflow aerochamber on his LT1 camaro, and sounds sweet!! not too awful loud at idle, but you damn well will hear it as soon as he steps on the gas!

How do the aero chambers sound on a vette with headers? I am looking to get them put on my car when I get 2.5 inch exhaust hung in about a month. I heard them on my boss's 67 barracuda with a little 273 and thought they sounded good.
