As far as value, the going rate for "392" heads is around $2,000-$2,500; this is for bare heads in excellent condition with NO damage and NO machining done to them (the majority have been milled, ported, welded, etc.).
On the plus side, the heads are complete (a plus as long as you trust the work of the person that assembled them), they have dates that will work with cars built during the 1967 model year, and the price is quite reasonable (assuming the previous NO damage, NO machining issue).
The big negative with any "392" head is who do you sell it to? The only cars that really need this particular casting are the 20 L-88s and 16 L-89s built during 1967 which is a very small market (and most of them already have the heads that they need). There are people who collect parts of course, but they are few and far between. For the person simply looking for a vintage aluminum head, the 3919842 heads are much more common and the 3946074 heads are more plentiful yet and generally produce more power; both can be purchased for a lot less.
If these heads are as advertised, it might be worth picking them up... Simply for the "cool factor" if for nothing else.
