Overheating cars with AC
Hey guys...
Thought i might give you all a hand... if your car is overheating, like mine was... pull off you ac condenser, if it has sat out side anylength of time during the fall, you'll probably find a big pile of leaves... mines not running yet, but for how much the radiator was covered... i think it may help... if not, your car will be a few ounces lighter :jester
hope somebody on here can use this but here it goes

Yep! I found lots and lots of crap between the A/C condensor and the radiator when I did my rebuild last fall. Also found that the radiator was really packed full of dead bugs, etc., so when I put her back together, I installed a bug screen in front of the radiator. Now all I have to do is pull the air intake duct work, and I can easily hose off the dead bugs from the screen.
