How is the ride, brakes, and performance compared with your 08 Z06 please?

You have a beautiful car Tom...

Thanks!

Ride: Much better than the Z

Brakes: Stopping on the proverbial dime is now really possible....

Performance: The power can be put to the ground if you don't "hammer" the throttle; When those baffles open at 3000RPM the "music" is just so sweeeeeeeeeet. Pick a gear any gear and the car just pulls you through. With the close ratio, even 6th will accelerate nicely from 70. Not as nice as the pull from 2nd at 70, obviously.

Transmission / shifting: This car shifts SOOOOOOOOOOO much nicer than the 08 Z06, what a joy to drive. Won't be needing that MGW shifter I bought.

Worst part of this car????? What will GM come up with to make me want to buy another Corvette? I can't imagine

well maybe a little....Can you hear the whine of the supercharger? Does full boost kick in right when you get on the throttle?

Not really.

The boost comes in very quickly and the baffles open at 3000 RPM and more than 1/2 throttle. I would say almost instantly; but everything is happening so fast it's hard to tell what is really going on.
