Default No Power and a new sqeak - Fuel Pump?

Now that my brakes are finally working I am having a problem with my engine. I have virtually no power when I accelerate. The engine is a 350 in a 71 coupe. The carb is an Edlebrock quadrajet (relatively new - installed by previous owner). I have replaced the fuel filter with no results. The problem started this afternoon after running fine all morning and seems to be getting worse.
I also have a new squeal or squeak that might be the fuel pump? Sounds like a hamster in a wheel. Could my fuel pump be going out on me?

Thanks in advance,
