Is this the cam for me? Tech help needed.
Currently I have a GM cam, part # 10185071
Specs are: Lift: 474/510
Duration: 275/280
My engine is a 383 stroker, performer RPM intake, Edlbrock 750 carb, headers, 2.5" dual exhaust, TH350 with shift kit, 2500 stall converter, 3.55 gears, MSD ignition, etc...
Is my cam the best one for this engine?
I drive mostly street/strip.
What cam would you recomend and what kind of gains would I see?
All thoughts welcome. Thanks.

Do you have the duration at .050 and LSA specs? That tells you more about the cam.

Your up there in duration no doubt. Looks as if it may make lots of midragne and upper end power. What the lobe spereation like? 110 degrees maybe? I'd personally up the gear a tad and changt to a single plain intake. Seeing that you have a 383 the slight torque loss probably won't effect you and you more than make up for it in the upper rev range.

John, you have mail. It's a big attachment.
The numbers are nice if your motor matches my guesses.
You do know that the ZZ3 cam is a roller cam don't you?
HP: 374 at 5000 RPM
TQ: 431 at 4000 RPM
