Default Re: Carburetor size ????? (vettecor)

In 1977, all Vettes came with a Rochester Quadrajet. CFM rating on these carbs is generally 750cfm - it was varied slightly by restricting secondary airvalve opening and/or restricting secondary throttle blade opening. The following carb numbers were used:

17057202: '77 Chevelle, Monte, Vette 350 Auto
17057203: '77 Federal 4-spd non-A/C Vette
17057204: '77 Chevelle, Monte, Vette 350 Auto with A/C
17057210: '77 Hi Perf. non-A/C Vette Auto
17057211: '77 Hi Perf. A/C & non-A/C Vette 4-spd
17057228: '77 Federal Vette with A/C & Auto

Other carb numbers were used on non-Vettes and for California and hi-altitude applications.
