Default New Mufflers

Happy new year everybody.

I've got a 79 L82 and I need to replace the rear boxes.
Does anyone have an experiance of KBD Targa Mufflers?
- sound and performance?

At the moment the car has a set of cherry bombs on it.

Default Re: New Mufflers (Superv)

I just put them on my car, haven't had time to post about it yet. Need to get some pics and such. They are pretty hard to get to fit right :mad, they still aren't perfectly lined up but they are good enough for now. They sound great. I have only driven the car twice since I put them on, but so far I love the change they made. It isn't any louder on my car at idle, but that is mostly because there is still that catylytic converter there. Off idle sounds great and the whole tone is much deeper.

Thanks ... Look forward to putting the on..

The cherry bombs that are on at the moment are a bit short and have burnt the paint on the bumper.

So new mufflers and then paint the back bumper.
