I've seen both C4 and C5 seats in a Shark. Actually, if you search the archives here you may come up with some pictures if they are still there. It was several months back but there was a whole thread on it with some great pictures.

I know in both cases it took a little work, but what doesn't! :eek:

Check with Zwede...He has them and they look great..I believe they have to be Non-power seats and u will have to switch out the seat rails and use the c-4's of course...Also if you are above 6ft2 Ur head may be hitting the roof!!!

I love the c5 seats....the leather and detail and comfort are superb...
they just need to be in a shark to look cool. :lol: :lol: :lol:

You all talk about putting taller seats in a shark, and ME, I need to make more headroom, especially getting in and out of the damn thing...not to single the shark out, but all cars....I am arthritic as hell, and with a stiff neck, all cars pretty much are not enough headroom...so this season I have lowered the rear of the stock seat, and the front clips too....in fact I just knocked the rear supports off the rails...and am looking at some frame mods to lower the seat on the rails....gain another 2-3 inches total maybe....highly valuable....
along with the foortwell mods pushing firewall forward into empty space, and lowering pedals to match, it seems that it would be a good thing for anyone tall to do.....having a tilt/tele wheel helps too, of course...

I researched this a little and zwede came up with some pics of his setup. It you are around 6', pretty much won't work due to hitting your head on the tops. Also, a good set of C4 seats start around 2K in my area, I'd hate to see what a set of C5's cost! :eek:

I was at a show and found C5 seats without power, black leather, near mint condition...they were asking 1300/pr.........BUT......I was 2 hr drive from home and had driven there in a Mitsubishi Eclipse with THREE people.............it was the last day of the show..and I bet they didnt want to keep draggin' them around...man would they have been sweet in a C3. :yesnod:
