Default Cure for yellowing chrome pipes?

The Hooker Headers on my 71 are starting to yellow at the collector. :U Not sure if that term is correct but I'm refering to the part that just comes to the outside of the car underneath the fender, right before the side tube mounts to it. Is there something to treat this so it will look like shiny chrome again? I tried some Mother's metal polish but it didnt help. Will probably pull them next winter for Jet Hot Coating, but would like to keep them looking good until then.

Thanks,

My chrome Hookers did the same, the collector turned a distinct yellow color(not that I have anything againt yellow) That's just what the heat does to chrome.
I tried all the chrome and metal polishes out there to no avail :bs
The short answer...Jet Hot
