Just got off the phone with Steeroids and placed an order for a R&P conversion kit. They honored the original price of $995.00 + $35. for shipping. The original deadline for ordering at this price was Dec. 31.

I called this morning as well, to see if they are still shipping by Dec 31. They said they are shipping this week probably. I guess they are waiting on a shipment of one component, she seemed to indicate from a machinist. Anway, she said they would go out by the 31st, at the $995 price.

I know what I'll be doing next week! ;)

Not to be jumping on steeroids' case or anything, but when I get an engine back in the car, I will make final preps on my 'system' or rack/pinion install, and let you all know how to make the brackets, complete with pictures as I just gave wifey-poo a dig-it-all camera for xmas....so we should be able to post pictures easily....maybe, I still not the greatest machine operator....
