falling gas prices??? every where???
Todays paper said gas prices were at an all time low. Some places below a $1.00/gallon. Was wondering if our European vettes have fulctuating gas prices also? Any comment from across the pond? Thanks Jim

No they fel up to about ten days ago and they are today about 10 cents higher here. I wanted to take a picture I have never seen gas for $1.01 regular and $1.21 for 92 octane for who knows how many years.
About a year or year and a half ago it went to $2.12 for 92 gas

Thank you russia... i never thought i would ever in my wildest dreams say thank you to russia... but since they have started selling oil, the price has dropped, and they are working there way out of the economy they have been in...

Here in Utah, most prices are at about $1.10 for regular. The cheapest I saw over the holiday, locally, was $99.9/gal. Looks like Shrub's friends are trying to do their part to help the recovery! :D

Premium is down to $1.60 here in San Francisco. And Premium here in CA is only 91 Octane. At the peak the highest I saw gas here was $2.50 for Premium.
Now if only the price of CAM 2 110 Octane would start dropping.

OPEC is having an emergency meeting this Friday to attempt to get all members to cut back a total of 1 1/2 million barrels a day to boost prices up. Fortunately, Russia doesn't belong, and it's beneficial to their economy to sell as much as they can. If OPEC can't get Russia to cut back, THEIR plan will fail, and they will have to maintain current production in order to compete price-wise with Russia...and we'll be "in clover" :flag

I was at my parent's house for Christmas. They live in Marietta, Georgia (North of Atlanta). I filled up at a QuickTrip station and reg. unleaded was $0.86/gal.!! My brother said that they had a one day promotion recently where they had the price at $0.76!! He said it took 20-25 minutes to get to the pumps! We are in the high $0.90s here in Charlotte.

You can get gas here in Kingston for 95 cents. But I always go to the Shell station and pay 99 cents for regular.
Next time you buy gas look on the pump at the taxes per gallon you are paying. Here in Tn., the taxes are about 38 cents per gallon. Thats is almost 40%. Plus my paycheck is already taxed 33%. No wonder I don`t make enough money. :yesnod:
