...What I really wanted was a chrome dipstick and some new seat covers for my '74. Know what I mean?

Send me the C5(and no bill), and I'll send you a crome dipstick and seat covers...I'll even cover shipping for the dipstick and seat covers...as for the C5, I'll leave tomarrow with a flatbed. :jester

Just kidding. Anyway, Its nice to see you'd rather make your c3 a little more perfect, instead of paying 1000 times as much for a new car.

Im getting rust under my fingernails right now, I wish it was dirt.

Replacing a radiator support and doing a "firewall forward" detailing is crazy stuff....Tomarrow Im starting on the radiator shroud forward part. This include headlight assemblies and frame. I need to stop this rust before Im replacing the frame, its bad enough my shroud and all my brackets are gone.

Anyway, you mean removing the warning sticker on your sun visor isn't "dirty work"? :jester Thats illigal you know......Brave Brave guys in the C5 section. :blueangel:
(DISCLAIMER: this is just in fun, don't get mad at me C5 owners, if your affended, you've done the thing Im mocing)...

Shutdown, what kind of side pipes are those? are they chrome covers that you painted the fins on?? Very

Daniel,

I have fiberlass covers for my Hooker exausts, which I painted the same color as the car. Ecklers sold them 10 years ago, but doesn't carry them anymore. Other Vette owners have asked me where to buy them but nobody carries them. I am trying to make a set for another forum member using mine as a mold, but haven't got it right yet. Thanks for asking and for the compliment. Gotta eat!
