wow, talk about a snowball effect
yesterday i had some free time and what started as a manifold swap got way outta hand....the manifolds off, cams out, heads are off...portmatching the heads and smoothing out the chambers, bigger cam, port matching team g manifold, head studs and thinner headgasket to bump the compression a little....oooops, spare time is bad. :jester

Great! :smash:
Keep up informed on the progress. As you can tell from my sig file I had the same sort of enjoyment a few months ago. Still trying to work out the carb and dist issues. What can I say; I'm just slow.

Jon, Desktop Dyno shows about 440HP@6500RPM and 385LB@5000RPM. Sounds like a monster! You have a 350, right? Bored over or stock? 10.25:1 compression?

Re-ran the numbers with a 355, 10.5:1 comp. and a head profile a little closer to what you have and came up with 450HP@6500RPM and 395LB@5500! What a beast! Even after my big-block upgrade I will still have to watch out for you!
