Default big block oil leak--help, help

Got a leak along the botton oil rail on one of the pipe thread plugs. Can't seem to fix it: tried JB Weld, teflon tape, bolt sealant, all to no avail, any ideas. Plug tightens down until can't tighten any more, even using pipe to get leverage, can't put in car until fixed, can't drill out hole as engine is already together and has been run, also there is no room for next bigger size as pan rail is to thin if you do. HELP, ideas please.

Not sure of the location you are describing, but keep in mind that not all plugs are created equal. Most for engines have a slight taper to them, so they tighten up as they go in, where most plumbing plugs are straight. If you use a straight one, teflon tape won't help you on an engine. If this is the case, go to a good parts store, not a Autozone or the like and get one for an oil galley, like what comes in a freeze plug/oil plug set.

Where are you located in West Texas, I am in the panhandle.
