Default solid or hydraulic?

did 69 base model 350's have solid or hydraulic lifters? Im changing my manifold and noticed the lifters dont push down at all so im guessing theyre solid...any info here?

They are hydraulic.Just full of oil not allowing with mere hand pressure to be pushed down.Assuming this is the first time the motor has been into and someone has not put a solid lifter flat tappet cam in it.
