Default Small Leak in new header: How to fix?

I just installed a set of Dynomax coated headers and found on one side a small void in the weld at the collector. It is no bigger than 1/16" diameter. I don't want to take it off and return. It is coated it may be a problem to weld. Would something like JB Weld work? Are there other products on the market that may work?

Manley two part epoxy that cylinder head porters use when they go a little too far will work.It even works in the exhaust port.It is part#40180 at Competition Products.Price is $15.00. Phone number is1-800-233-0199
My suggestion would be if it is easy to get to even though it is coated a brazing torch and a coat hanger. You can stay on top of the rust situation with a little paint now and then

It makes me angry that is seems almost impossible today to get something and have it not be defected in some way or not meet the advertised expectation. Yes, I do have high standards but headers with a defective weld that leaks?? The box says 100% tested??? yea right just marketing BS. Yes, I should send it back (at my expence) but they don't care..they will just chuck it in a pile and send a new one that may have another type of problem. I want someone to come to my house from Dynomax, pull the bad one off and install the new one!! Like that is going to happen. So I guess I will just plug the hole myself and a find comfort in knowing that if nothing else...there is something to be said for consistency. :nopity

I used some high temp RTV and it seems to work. If it comes out I will try some JB weld which is essentially a two part epoxy. Now I have to go pull a 1 year old radio out of my truck because IT decided to stop working.... :mad

Send them back!!! you paid good money for them, and it does matter if you return them. Yes they do throw them in a pile but they can now locate where in their system the problem is and correct it.

Thanks for all the replies!! I think I will just stick with them. With 3 kids and 2 jobs it is hard enough to find the time to do something once. The RTV plug seems to work fine. On to the next project!! ;)
