Default March pulley users........problem with alignment

Well mike69 and I tried to install his fan clutch and fan along with new march pulleys (#5070). Well it was a disaster....The crank pulley appaers to have the grooves seperated differently (farther apart) than the original pulley.
so i wanted to ask those of you who have the March pulleys what you had to do to make the PS pump pulley line up with the crank pulley??
I have heard that the PS pulley can be pulled back some, but is it enough?? What did you other March users do??
here is the pic of it matched in the car.....

Thanks Chris

I know on my 78, the stock PWS pulley was never aligned. Squealed at 5000 rpm like a cat in heat. There has got to be a way to adjust the PS pump back.

thanks for the reply budman....what pat406nitrovette told me was that there is a special puller that removes and installs the pulley, but said it doesnt mount flush to tthe shaft and that i gets locked in where ever you leave it with the puller.
Was wondering what approacher others used since we arent sure if it will adjust enough?

this what i was thinking guys since you pressed the pulley on anyway why not install it not so far back on the shaft from the pics it loooks like hes got room to come back out some.If not the bracket is mounted in 3 spots 2 bolts to the front of the block and one to the motor mount id space out the 2 going to the block and extend the one going to the motor mount...but id do the first one i suggested first.what do you other guys think....i have the tools to remove it and install the pulley but hes up north right now..otherwise id help himout.
