Moroso 7 quart (kick-out) oil pan
Is anyone else using this pan on their small block? I'm thinking about installing this pan on my '71 LT1 with stock exhaust. Does anyone know of any chassis or exhaust clearance problems?
Thanks in advance.

I have that pan on my car now. It was fine with my stock exhaust as well as with the headers that I have now. While your at it, get the rear baffle that mounts between the oil pump and rear main cap. It prevents oil from climbing up the back of the pan under hard acceleration. Get the baffle that moroso makes so you know it will fit with the Moroso pan. Also, don't forget the pump pickup that is made for that pan.

This my Moroso pan and i had to space the frame drivers side steering ram down 1/2 inch with a spacer block
This is just a stock motor mount on the side for test fitting my 383 - You can see where the pan touched the ram. It's a 8 quart RR pan for up to 4 inch stroker motors
