guys, gots another question

i want an 80-82 bumper for my car, for the spoiler, i like the looks of it, but i dont like the 80-82 taillights...is it possible to use the 79 tailiights in the 80-82 bumper?

I believe all the C3 taillights are the same size and, therefore, YES.

I have a '76 w/ the 80-82 rear and was using '76 lights...now have the "bubbles".

Same here. I have a 76 with an 80 rearend. It bolts right on, except for some minor mods to the bumber - removal of some bolt on pieces. I'm using the "bubble" lights also. I would think all C-3 lights would fit since the "bubble" lights fitted my original 76 bumber. :seeya

Krazy: I think there is someone on the C3 Parts for sale section looking for someone to swap bumbers with him. He has the 80-82 style and he wants that 1975-1979 style, might be worth checking out! :cheers:

thanks a lot guys...i would trade now, but i dont really want to take off the bumper

got lots of work to do till i repaint, and i would like it to look nice as long as possible

I too have the bubble lights...I suggest you get them. :jester

they are very :cool: exepcally at night...A lot of people tell me they look like jet exuast....and on my lemans blue car, with red bubble taillams, under a parkinglot light....its a sight to behold.
