Default Radiator cap stuck!?

This ever happen to anyone??
I can turn the cap to where it should just pop off but it won't come off. Any suggestions?

Was that after pushing it down and turning some more? Not tring to be funny...but I forgot that once.

I usually have to lean my full weight on it at that point and continue turning it counter clockwise. Make sure you press down as hard as you can and it should turn about another half turn then come off or at least that seems to work for me. Good Luck.
