Default Anyone put a fule injected motor in their C3?

I'm about to drop a LT4 into my '68 and was curious if anyone here has done it? What wiring harness should I get? And where do I purchase it?
Thanks guys.

Hey Corey, I was thinking about the same thing a few years ago with my '70. From everything I can tell you, it is better if you can get the computer and all wire harnesses from the donor car. I know a company called "Painless Wiring" makes a bunch of harnesses for engine swaps too.
Wish I could offer you more info on the subject...

Eric, yeah I've heard of Painless Wiring and also Ron Francis has a kit. I also thought about geting the computer from a doner car. After I get it in, I'll have to run it by you so you can check it out. Still can't believe you are selling that beautiful '70. Take care man :seeya

There is a good article in Vette magazine this month on this subject. Putting an injected motor in a 76 Vette

check out Street and Performance. They have harnesses, computers and brackets to mount all your accessories. They have been easy to deal with for me. http://www.tunedport.com

Also, check out Dan's website. He put an LT1 into a 76. http://www.angelfire.com/wa2/vettedan/

I feel your excitement and your pain. (if you don't know what I mean, you will)

Dan's site is the only one I know that shows a LT-1 in a C-3. There is a guy in Lawton, OK that has done it also. Why a LT-4? Thats to easy. Go for the LS-1/6 like 70LS1 is doing.

putting and LT1 in mine right now...... talk with dan he has answered alot of questions for me and i recommend definatly getting the complete engine and harness and computer and then i bought the hole wiring harnes out of the wrecked car that mine came out of it has definatly paid for itself over and over again its tough to do at first and then things start going good i know in the long run i will never regret putting it in    GOOD LUCK :seeya
