Hi George. I loved your shifters, as I have tried them on some Cobras. Have all of the issues with the shifter for the C6 been resolved (rattles, shifter coming apart during hard shifting, etc...)? I also remembered some issues with installing the shifter on the 08 C6?

Great shifter! I had one in my 98 Cobra when I had a T45. When I stepped up to a 26 spline T56 I bought another one.
When I book my flight to the Museum I'll be ordering another one for my C6 to install when I get home.

we had no issues with the 08 cars that i can recall. i have had my shifter on my personal 08 car for months now with no problems.
the issue with the rattling is basically due to the stock c6 **** and has been fixed with a bit of foam and rtv in the ****.
the issue with the shifter ball slipping was a VERY isolated issue with the dupont material not being hi-temp. this is a NON issue now.

Web site looks good!
I do have a couple questions, though. It looks like the threaded shaft is centered and the C6 shaft is offset. Is that correct? If so, how do they differ in the placement of the shift ****? Meaning, does the straight shaft place the shift **** further forward, or what?
The reason I ask is that I'd like to use a round aftermarket shift **** intended for C5s. Do you think this setup works out well with an '08 Z06?

Hi George,
Great product! I'm considering your new short shifter for my '04 C5 which sees a lot of road course activity, and am waiting for your new race shifter **** in black. How do I place an order for the 25% vs. 35% short throw version on your website?
Thanks, Mike

Does the **** sit about the same height as the stock one? or can you adjust the height? Looking to place an order very soon, just want to clear up everything before i get it!
