I got mine from Vette Brakes. Very happy with them. Have done business with VB for a long time (and lots of $$$ ).
Call them up at 727-345-5292 or 800-237-9991, and talk to a techie about your car and how you want it to drive and ride. They'll help you figure out what you want. Sway bar kits are about $125 each.
Your '75 probably has the stock (too small) front bar and no rear bar. Opinions vary widely on whether you should add a rear bar or just install a stiffer rear spring. I like the idea of slightly stiffer than stock springs and big fat bars. I kept my stock 1.125" front bar, but added poly bushings and new end links. I got the .75" rear bar, also with poly bushings. I upgraded the springs with 460 lb/in coils in the front and a 360 lb/in composite spring in the rear. The car now handles very very flat in the corners, but still rides OK because the springs aren't overly stiff. I'm very happy with the advice, products, and prices at VB. The only downer is that if you live very far from St. Pete, Florida, you pay a lot for shipping that heavy stuff. There may be other vendors closer to you that are just as good.
Good luck! :seeya

I am chimming in for Vette Brakes as well. You might be able to shop and get a lower price but once you deal with them, see the quality, get some tech support, you are hooked. I am sold.
Oh by the way 1 1/4 Front and 7/8 Rear for my 69 :yesnod:

I also have a 1 1/4" front sway bar...
I was thinking of putting in the rear sway bar, but I have decided to go
and put on a 6 Link in the rear.....I emailed the man of mystery up there in
canada and he quoted me a price for his custom 6 link he makes. :D

Another plug for Vette Brakes, and on orders made on-line through 12/31, you get 10% off and FREE shipping. Would recommend 1 1/8 inch front and 5/8 inch rear for small blocks.

VB is good, but I use stock 1-1/8 in front and stock, 9/16 in rear on a small block, by the way, GM put a 7/16 in back with the 1-1/8 front bar for more understeer to keep us out of trouble.

Re: Where is the best place to buy sway bars? (Racer-X)
Vette Brakes make good STREET sway bars (poly ends).
If you want better handling for slalom get the Herb Adams sway bars - they have spherical ends. They are noisy and ride rough - but they do give better cornering than the street sway bars.

For everyone's info:
I did some checking with VB, trying to get some technical specs on the stiffnesses of various sta-bars and such. They told me that their sta-bars are made by ADDCO. I have no idea how the prices or service compare VB vs. ADDCO direct, though.
There just aren't very many suppliers that make this stuff aftermarket.
