Pick up first C3 tomorrow
Can't wait until tomorrow at 900 am.
Picking up my 74 roadster. white/red.
May not be able to sleep too well tonight.
Someone tell me how to add pics to the forum and I'll post some in the next few days. Must be a trick to it since so many have problems.

Hey neighbor, congrats on getting your Shark. Don't worry about losing sleep, plenty of time for that later. :) Good luck with the car.

Get accustomed to the lack of sleep. You won't get any sleep after you get the Vette either! :D You'll lay awake at night dreaming of driving it, thinking of how to fix something, thinking of what to change and improve and wondering how you're going to afford all the changes you have planned!
Or you'll not get any sleep because you're working 2 jobs to buy more stuff for her and then spend even more time here on the forum. Uh, web site to maintain, pics to upload....etc.

I guess he has picked it up by now. Hope he is still as excited. For me it was the most exciting thing driving home in my new ride. The weather was a little nicer and we dropped the top all the way home(60 miles). I got my first top down sunburn. WOO HOO!
Congrats. We will help you get the pics in your sig.

Scott,
Great selection of a vette..wish I had a roadster myself. Hope to see it soon myself in person. We got to get together and talk vettes and take some pictures. E-mail me if there is anything I can do to help you at Nomad2day@Charter.net seeing how we are in the same town.
Good luck on your ride.

Picked up my 74
Just got back from getting my car.
I LOVE IT!!!!
Couldn't (wouldn't) drive it over 40 on the way home. (No interstate)
Raining pretty hard. Can't wait till tomorrow to take her out once she gets registered. (Have tomorrow off)
I'll post pics when I get them.
Look forward to all of you all's advice in the very near future.

Be prepared! It is almost a sure thing that in the next couple weeks you will come across 3 or 4 more Corvettes that you think would have been a better deal than what you got. If this happens, ignore it. You're in!, and that's what matters. Have a blast, and take lots of pictures.
