Default Full Braided Hose Kit Pics

Here are some pics from the final Full Braided Line Kit. As some of you know, we ran into trouble with the hose that goes
from the Over Flow tank to the block. We ended up having to have that one custom molded like the radiator hoses.

In this pic, you can see the Over Flow Tank Hose that goes to the block, the Over Flow Tank Hose
that goes to the Radiator and
the Radiator to the Throttle Body Hose. Also you can see the Lower Radiator Hose in the bottom left
.

Here is a top view over the Over Flow Tank. You can see the Over Flow Tank Hose to the Block, The Over Flow Tank Hose
to the Radiator, the Radiator to the Throttle Body and to the bottom left you can see one of the Heater Hoses.

Overview of the Heater Hoses

Here you can see the Air Hose that extends all the way down the driver side of the engine compartment
and all the way down to the side of the radiator to an air pump. Also a portion of the Upper Radiator Hose.

Overview from the passenger side. You can see everything except the Heater Hoses. Oddly enough the Lower Radiator Hose
is not very visible from the passenger side, but it is highly visible from the drivers side

Overview from the Drivers Side. You can see everything except the
Heater Hoses and the Lower Rad Hose

We should have the final pricing completed tomorrow.
They will be up on the web site no later than Wed. of this week

Peace
Chip

We'll have a kit with minus one or both for several months until everyone that already has the Upper and/or Lower has a chance to get them...

I'm sure I missed it, but what is the total price for the entire kit? And yes I'm too lazy to search myself to find the answer....

They look great..

Chip....You have really outdone yourself in this kit. I would think that anyone that shows or desires to show their vette would want a full set of these hoses. They really show off the engine bay.

Looks good. How many set of these are you going to start with and when you do, will you be contacting those of us with the upper and lower radiator hoses via email PRIOR to offering posting and making available to everyone else? Holding off on installation due to the clamp issues, but also to have the entire package to install all at once. Hopefully you will take care of us that have the other hoses initially and have plenty of inventory available.

Looks great and is actually functional. What materials are the braided lines made from? I think I read somewhere that aluminum works best for heat transfer, but you guys would know better than I would .

Spun Aluminum, and you are very correct. Aluminum takes and gives back heat very well.

The hoses look great and how many are there, minus the two radiator hoses? I can't remember, but can you really see the lower radiator hose? And how long does it take to install all the Other hoses? Thanks Doug

Hey Doug,

There is 9 total in the full kit, 7 minus the Upper and Lower rad hoses.

...and yes, the lower Rad hose is very visible.

I did it all in about 2 hrs...somewhere between 2 and 4 depending on your skill level. tools ect...

Peace
