Default Fan clutch for a 76 L48 W/AC, standard or heavy duty?

Should I replace my fan clutch for a 76 L48 with AC with a standard or heavy duty one??????? The fan clutch that is in there now is not even from a corvette! It has a 5/8 inch hole where it mates to the 3/4 inch shaft on the water pump. :crazy: :confused: Trak Auto is going out of business in my area and I can pick up a new one cheap! Any advantages to using a heavy duty one over standard. I have a new radiator and have sealed the radiator to the shroud and support with soft rubber foam pipe insulation. Will a standard clutch be ok. What came with my L48 with AC? :confused:

I have a standard Thermostatic Fan cluthch that I go from Auto Zone and it Does the trick for 55 bucks

I looked at carparts.com and autozone.com and they also mention a spacer kit. What is that and is it used between the water pump and the fan clutch or the fan clutch and the fan blade? :confused:
