Excellent Taste in Corvettes & how to get it.
What is necessary to have Excellent Taste in Corvettes or anything else for that matter? If you can answer this then you know how to get it.

To paraphrase St. Francis of Assissi:
"If you hadn't asked me the question, I could have told you, but now that you have asked, I don't know"
Given in response to a question "What is time"

not caring what others think, and knowing what you like...
for me my car gets my heart racing... same goes for when i'm at car shows, goose bumps and such are good reminders of what you like... unless its cold out side

Like my Grandpa used to say " a good wine is one you like to drink not the price on the bottle "

Appreciation of the corvette shape as an artform, excellence in design (except for a few things: heater core, vacuum accessories, etc. :jester), and the ultimate in handling and performance for its time.
How to get? Buy one and find out! :D

I dunno about getting excellent taste in corvettes, I guess its something everyone is born with, but like anything, it just has to be developed.
I can however tell you that once you develope the taste and get one, your world changes, your scences become more acute, and your mind is set free. :boxing

Not sure where this is going but being on this forum has really changed my view on vettes and deepened my appreciation for a much wider variety of model years, mods etc. MJ

I agree with Daniel77350, maybe were just born with it!....and then again being raised on Woodward Ave. in Detroit in the '60's sort of grows on you.

Aside from the fact that the answer will be purely subjective, I'd say anyone trying to give an objective answer truly "just doesn't get it"
Coating your vette with a deep irish lager then using your tongue as a buffing rag would be a great tasting Vette.
