Kiss my plastic bumpered rear!!! Personally, I like all C3's (and all other vettes). There really is no need to get personal on this forum. Since you're new, I might let it slide but you need to have some respect for the rest of us.

Don't take this the wrong way bro, but that sure isn't the way to make friends in the Forum.
Except for maybe the Big Block chrome-bumper C3 guys like myself.
To each his own!

It's all good... how many chrome bumpers do you see on today's sports cars? ...today's luxury cars? ...today's trucks? :)

first of all i destroy rice. easily done, surrounded by 'em. impossible not to hear the loud farts.
Accept my apology about C3s.
Then again who cares about how the car looks like when you blow em away.
now a question.
What is the rating for the stock engine (78)
MIght get one(they 're cheap to start off with)
:(

This C3 forum is for ALL C3 lovers. Chrome bumper, plastic bumper, Big Block, Small Block, Vert, T-Top. The works. You should learn to appreciate them all cause it just may be a plastic bumper man that saves your hide when you need a post to a problem you are having with your ride. Or you could just remain a pompus a** with an attitude and never really understand what the whole Vette experience is about anyway. Friendship, fun, sport, hobbie, fellowship and an endearing lover for Americas greatest sports car " In all configurations and Years" Everyone is entitled to an opinion and a preference in vettes but to slam one year or style is missing the boat entirely. :bs

Since I said I might let it slide, I'll go ahead and answer your question.
L-82 was 220HP, L-48 was 190 (I think). L-82 was also a 4 bolt main with forged crank. L-48 was 2 bolt with cast (again, not positive).

Can we see a pic of your car? Or is that NOT POSSIBLE. :mad
:troll :troll :troll
Just to prove a point, you are getting alot of static from guys WITH chrome bumper sharks, instead of us agreeing with you. What does that tell you.
