Has anyone installed a hurst quarter stick shifter in a vette?

Hi all i'm looking at this shifter for my auto 75... yeah i know its an auto but it would be nice to have a little bit of custom in the interior of the car.
has anyone installed one of these? What was involved? How did/does it fit

i'm not sure of the stutter but I have a guess, Bob is the stutter changing the timing ? when you kick in the nitrous ?????

thanks guys... i'm still on the fence either drop in a 5 speed or keep the auto... i'm just thinking about the good and bad of both

It's a MSD Two Step rev limiter wired thru the brake light switch. Left foot on the brake, mash the pedel, the motor sits at 2100 rpm. Sidestep the brake and your at full throttle.

Thats through the retard box, controlled by the window switch at 2500 RPM, after the WOT switch after the switch on the left. :D
