Default What parts do I need to buy to install? Ready to paint

I am getting ready to have my 78 project painted. The person who is going to finish the body work and paint it gave me a great estimate on all the work to be done to have a finished vette sitting in my driveway. He has a Road Runner that he is working on and will be ready for mine in January. I have stripped most of the body and so on. My question is...What all do I need to purchase to give to him so I will have a finished product. So many of you have been there done that.. I do not want to hold him up once he starts waiting on a part to come in to be installed so lay it on me. The body is off and completly gutted. I have the body mounting kit to install it on the frame. So what do I need. He will not be putting in the interior, for I will do that after I finish the wiring.
(1) Complete Weatherstripping kit
(2) Mounting kit {screws and brackets} to mount front bumper cover
fill in the rest

It appears I also need to get a new lower valance. Mine is busted up. Who has the best prices on some of these things? I will focus on the interior stuff after I get the car back

1 front and rear bumper cover brackets with screws 2 outer window seals
2 (chrome part)
3 Lower valance
4 small chin spoiler
