TLD in Atlanta was selling the leathers for 280 a pair.........So I would say that is not a deal!! However with foam and carpet and wire it is not too bad..

installing new locks?? huh??

locks/keys cost 20 bux a set.
it takes about an hour and a few scratches and cuts on your hands.....
i find it easier to remove the window entirely...but even that is very easy...
you can remove the window in about 5 min after taking the panel off.
