I just wanted to clarify two things.....

1) We don't ever make time appointments for tuning....This past week in Phoenix, someone

posted that there would be appointments...That only causes problems for me. Some cars take

longer than others... Rest assured I'll stay with your vehicle till it's complete to my

satisfaction...Some cars take 45 mins and some (rarely) take a few hours. We always encourage

everyone to show up early if you have somewhere to be....It's always a good time for all when

we have a bunch of guys hanging out keeping each other company while I work on each

vehicle..... Thanks for understanding.

2) When speaking to each person on the phone as you left your deposits, we kindly asked each

person to pay the balance of bill in CASH at the tuning event. For some reason, many people in

the last 2 weeks seem to have forgotten.

For starters, we do NOT ACCEPT CHECKS at our shop in New York (or on tuning trips), and

secondly, in addition to all the FEES that we both pay when using credit cards, we've found that

our wireless credit card machine does not have the most reliable service when we're on the road.

For these reasons we kindly request that you be prepared to PAY CASH when we finish your

vehicle. Thanks.

For anyone that needs STAT INSTALLS or VARARAM INSTALLS, Please contact me at 914-332-

0049. There is a local shop who will be able to help you. I will have plenty of extra stats on hand.

Chuck,I plan on getting one of your tunes this spring.I live in Kinderhook,N.Y.about two hours from your shop,can I purchase a low temperture stat. from you and have it installed by you when I bring my car down? I will be calling you in mid March to make an appointment weather permitting,plus I have to wait for the weather to warm up so I can install my vararam(no heated garage to work in).By the way I have a 2006 A6 convertible.After reading all of the positive comments from all of your happy customers I can`t wait,this winter seems so long.

Stats will be $50. and ALL TUNES will be $375. for sticks and $400 for automatics.
A $100. non refundable deposit will be required to hold your position on the list. When you call us to be placed on the list, a LOW TEMP STAT will be shipped to you if you don't have one. You will not be charged shipping for the stats if ordered in advance.
