Default Go fast goodies

For sale are some brake parts and a set of Kuhmo V710's.

Wheels and tires: Wheels are sold, tires are still available
I'm selling 4 C5 highly polished wheels. The wheels are highly polished 10.5"x18" wheels with +56mm offset, 7.88" backspace, and lug pattern is 5x120.65mm. This is the same offset as the C4 Grand Sport except now you can run 315's in the front and the back! I test fitted these on my 1991 Corvette and had no problems with them sticking past the fenders, no contact with the control arms, and (with 315's mounted in the front) a minimal loss of approximately 1/4 - 1/2 turn lock to lock in steering. SOLD

The tires are 4 315/35-18 Kuhmo V710's that are already broken in and are ready to race. Would prefer to sale as a set or in pairs. - $500/pair or $900/set + shipping.

C4-C5 brake kit: Most parts are gone but there is some stuff left
  • 2 0.5L Dot 4 Motul brake fluid - $25 for both
  • front C5 01 compound and rear C4 97 compound Performance Friction race brake pads - $220 front/$115 rear
  • stock front pads - local Texans, send me a PM if your intersted
  • front C5 rotors (stock) - local Texans, send me a PM if your interested
  • C5 adapter brackets (these were for my 1991 Corvette) SOLD
  • C5 calipers SOLD
  • front and rear Earl's Hyperfirm SS braided brake lines SOLD
  • Russell speed bleeders SOLD
  • GM C5 banjo bolts (2) SOLD

So the wheels are z06 wheels? Or custom? They look great! How many heat cycles on the tires?

Those are Z06 wheels. The tires were heat cycled on a Viper race car. I believe he did three or four laps to break these in. The reason he didnt use them is because it rained during the race.

I already have a pretty good idea of what each part cost. Let me see if anyone is interested in the other parts or the kit as a whole. What is your timeline (ASAP, within a week, within a month)?

Cool. I think I can probably split it out if some of the autocross guys are interested in the other parts. If I can find other buyers, what your requesting (C5 adapter brackets, C5 calipers, front and rear Earl's Hyperfirm SS braided brake lines, Russell speed bleeders, and GM C5 banjo bolts (2)) will be $400 + shipping.

BTW, if you send me a PM, please make sure your PM box has room for a reply or post in one of the threads (not directed towards anyone in this thread). Thanks.

Are the wheels actual GM Z16 wheels or after market? Also would you be willing to sell just the wheels?

No, the wheels are aftermarket. AFS Wheels to be precise. I actually have several people interested in just the wheels right now, so I will most likely be seperating the wheels and tires here soon.

Not sure but I can tell you there were definately lighter, with the V710's, than my C4 wheels with tires on them.
