I have seen some of you looking around for these hard-to-find pieces, and I just spotted one on ebay. To get this out of the way, I am not the seller, I do not know the seller, nor am I bidding. It is item #598441581, priced to start at $175. As of 10:45 AM eastern time, there were no bids. The auction ends at about 10:00 PM this evening. Take a look. The seller says that it was used for about nine months starting in 1999.
