Default Tire selection.. which one..

I'm looking to buy 28 inch tall slicks (righ now my slicks are 29.5 inch tall) as I'm changing gears from 4.11 to 3.73.. Now I see too possible options that have about the tread width and I don't know which one to choose..

One is the

ET Drag 28 x 11.5 - 15 (part 3057)

and the other option is

ET Drag 28 x 10.5W - 15 (part 3055W)

The only difference that I see is that the 3057 is 28 inches tall, the tread is 11 inches wide and the section width is 12.90 as on the 3055W, the height is 28.1 inches, the tread is 10.9 inches and the section width is 13.1 inches..
They both have the same compound (M5) and seem to be identical tires other than the differences pointed out.. However, I wonder how the wider tire has less section width.. That doesn't make sense..
I don't race classes where I do need a 10.5 tire, so it really doesn't matter.. So, it comes down to if I want .1 inches wider or .1 inches taller tire.. Which one is better?

the taller tire would be better, although it will be just as tall as your hoosier radials at the top end. but I'm sure you will buy whichever one is cheaper anyway

I don't care about the money when it comes to performance.. I only save money on non-performance related items so that I do have money for those things that affect performance..
