Mine are in my Gallery, however I do have a question. I have had three people (Two Forum members) that have the 281 wheels like I purchased. They have some type of spotting showing up that they cannot get off. Have you heard of this or know a remedy? Mine aren't showing it yet but I don't drive it in wet conditions.

Hey,

I love the way your car looks. What you describe as far as the wheel spotting, thats because people use something other than light soap and water on there wheels. It will damage the clearcoat.. The clearcoat on those wheels like anyother wheel with clearcoat is very sensitive.

Make sure you do not use anything other than that on your wheels.

Thanks again,

I just returned from getting my tires mounted on my Ruff 278 hyper black. I will need to detail the car before taking pictures. FYI I layered on 4 coats of Rejex on the the wheels to protect the clear coat and make them easy to keep clean with soap and water before I had the tires mounted.

I have Ruff 280's, I'm sure that my wheels didn't even have any clearcoat on them.

My car until recently was my DD and I was having to spend a couple of hours every week cleaning them.

These wheels look great and for the money they are an absolute bargain.

They change the look of the car completely.

I have already posted many pics, do a search for posts by my forum ID.

Rickie,
Thanks for posting pictures of my Nassau Blue Vette with the 278s on them. I love the look of the wheels. I wish this snow would quit so I can take them for a ride. I still have zero miles on them. By the way, when do I get the honor of having pictures of my vette on your website?

WOW.. Zero miles.. You will have your time to enjoy them soon.. We will be updating the gallery soon. They are currently redesigning to complete VQ website so it will be a month or 2. It will be similar to a tirerack/discounttire site.

Enjoy your sunday
