Best C-3 Shark Model???
What model / category is the best 68, 69, or 70 model vette that can be purchased for under 30K. I like the 69 the best and know the tri-carb's are the most collectable but run closer to 40K. For appreciation, is it wiser to spend an extra 10K to get a tri-carb 69 or settle for a L-36 427???

My next vette will be a 70 LT-1 Convertible. Dressed in Yellow. :D
Excellent choice!
To be honest, that's exactly what I was looking for when I ran across the L-89 that I own now; a Daytona yellow 1970 LT-1 convertible. I think I located one really nice one in the three or so years that I was actively looking. Plenty of coupes out there, but very few convertibles. You have your work cut out for you!
Great color choice though... Daytona yellow has always been a personal favorite.

Everyone knows the best Shark has the ignition on the dash (where it belongs) and gills.

Most knowledgable automotive experts agree that any of the 1970 Roadsters (in Marlboro Maroon) were and continue to be the best Shark models...
