Looks like a good price, considering the cost of each part by it'self.

Sorta, depending on age of your car and fitness of the components. You must also consider the cost of freon and fact you may have to upgrade the system's seals/evaporator to newer freon. Should consider that in the costs. I would have gone with the newer system that's on my '80 L48 (shorter comporessor).
