Good project. Looking forward to the completed pics. I keep cheaping out when I have the urge to buy new carpets, but managed to justify $450 for door speakers.

So what brand sound deadener is that? I don't think there is a kit out there for our cars so I'm just assuming you bought in roll form?

I'm going to be doing this in a few months myself.

It looks like the pre-cut kit from Crazy Cowboy. Here is a link for the C5:

"Reflectix" insulation from Home Depot.

MORE than you need for $34. Cuts with scissors.

very nice. I've been thinking about doing the "mod red/black" with my stock red interior. Like the looks.

I was going too, but my paint job is already shot. That's on the list too.

Very nice...I can get that same type of deadener/shielding where I work.
Ours is made by a company call E.A.R.....I've done 4 other vehicles with it and it rules...I did an OLD (1991) Ford Ranger with it and it was as quiet as my friends Lincold Town Car...
