What's the best music to play in a '78?
Okay, I need a Top Ten list of tunes to play in my 78...please try to avoid disco at all costs...tunes from that era would be preferred also...I'm goin for that authentic feel...

You shook me up all night - AC/DC
Paranoid - Black sabbath
Highway star - Deep Purple
Peter Gunn - Henry Mancini

personally I listen to the engine. I spent money on a radio when I first bought it, but I feel in love with the engine noise and the radio hasn't been on since.

You can pick up the C-D or tape of "Harley Davidson Road Songs" #1. Most of the great hard drivin rock songs listed above are contained in it. It's my favorite when cruzin'...

All I ever listen to in my 'Vette is:
Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, The Who, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bob Dylan and of course The Rolling Stones....just to name a few. None of that new stuff :U. There's a few ideas for ya.
The one time I was taking my buddy for a ride in the 'Vette and he said it felt like he was back in the '70s (what with the music, car and all :) ).
