I'm not sure about a specific '71 Registry, but there is the C3 Vette Registry, which '71 certainly fits into!

OK - then let's build one. I just went and bought 71corvette.com. It will be accessable in a couple days but give me a week to work up a nice site design and submission area. Then I'll need some input on the design and functions.

No '71 registry, but there is an overall C3 registry:
