Well, You are going to hate this then ... I filled up both Vettes today with 93 Texaco for $1.07 a gallon. That is the first time I have filled up the C5 for less than $20.

87 Octane is $.87 here in Georgia !

I'm envious. Gas here is $1.13, 1.23 and 1.33. I figured it was less here in the sticks.

I got plus for $1.17....its still somewhat high, but its going down. regular is $1.01 I believe. Im used to regular at $1.20...and thats what I filled up on usually, but today with the lower prices, I treated my baby to plus, and still saved 3 cent a gallon. hopefully it will keep going south so I can treat 'er to some super and break even with what I pay for plus.

I imagine around christmas gas will hit rock bottom again...with more and more people driving to their family's as apposed to flying.

I don't know for sure what it is here, but I'll find out tonight. I have to drive the "other gas guzzler" tonight to work. My K10 chevy 4 wheel drive pickup, and the whole 20 mile trip will be in 4 wheel drive with almost zero visibility. Welcome to the first BIG storm of the year. :hat You guys should feel lucky you're driving your vettes, what does a little cheap gas amount to anyway? :D

Yup, I filled up this weekend for $1.10 for super.

I also noticed that Sam's has 93 octane for $1.05.

For the record, the cheapest I've seen 87oct. in the Philadelphia, PA metro area in $1.02 at the Hess in Collegeville!

The prices differeneces are amazing around here, anyway!
If you go 10 miles from Collegeville into Blue Bell, PA, 87oct is $1.20.

I got the IMP/SS out and took it out for a tank-ful of REGULAR (the "PinkLinc" and the '62 ZZ4 both take 93 octane) for $.999/gallon. Logged the 6 gallons that it took into my glove box "butcher book". Last time I put gas in was 3/21, drove it 98 miles since then. Donna's Buick is going in for some bodywork tomorrow, so I expect she'll be adding a buncha miles to the 9854 reading on the odometer :chevy

I went to a gas station two days ago that I'd never been to before. I usually go to exxons and shamrocks and the pumps are set up the same at those places...cheap on the right and super on the left... So, without thinking or looking, I started pumping the 93 cent/gallon cheap stuff. By the time I looked back at the gauge it was too late. I had already put 11 gallons of $1.26 premium in the tank. :mad oh well....

For regular, super is 15% more...
Thats after tax reductions, half a year ago it was $4.50
I believe its the same in other european countries.
Our regular is 95oct, super is 98.

Guess you understand why 700r4/TPI is a hot topic over here....
