You did a great job! Did you strip it? How many hours do you have into it? How much in materials if you don't mind me asking?
I was thinking of tackling mine next Spring.

Awesome. One of my best friend is just wrapping up with his resto on his '75. His is almost that same color. The pics don't do it justice, BEAUTIFUL in person.

Simply Beautiful!! My car spent about 10 years as that color. How do I know? every time my Yellow chips I see LEMANS BLUE!! It's underneath the Maaco job that's on it now (NOT done by me, I need to stress that).
That blue will really turn some heads. Nice job :)

You have every right to be PROUD! I hope mine turns out half as nice. I have missed seeing AussieVette's beautiful LeMans blue '69. Hopefully we will see a lot more of yours!

Re: '69 PICS (BigBlockVette)
BBVette... Since my car only had one repaint I elected to D/A sand as much as possible. I stripped the metal tim piece around the windshield and the little grille vents. The roof panels were from another car(s) and had a few piant jobs that took more sanding. I used Matrix system. I used about a half gallon of (unthinned ) primer surfacer, 5 gal of laquer thinner (for primer/cleanig, etc), 3 qts blue unthinned), 2qts clear with 1qt hardener. Also a lot of 220-600 sandpaper.
