Default Always a new surprise...

Well, so far every job I do on the 'Vette turns into 2 more. Finish one thing, find 2 more cut wires that don't go anywhere. Trace one of those cut wires to find another home made mystery bracket for god knows what.
This pic is every job for me...

5 screws to hold on the lower dash pad, not one matched. I know, they're just screws, but I'm always shaking my head wondering what bubba was thinking. There are enough wood screws in my car to build a set of kitchen cabinets.
Oh well, I guess that's half the fun of owning a 32 year old car is getting it back to the way it should be. I guess I like the abuse, because I still look forward to my weekends when I can be working in/on/under the car-and it all pays off every time I drive it! :yesnod:
Thanks for letting me vent...

Heh you're lucky, mine has enough electric tape in it to make a ball the size of a head. :(
