None stock chrome rims/wheels on a vette look like a pimp daddy drugger driving the car....like dark tinted windows...especially if it's noticeably slammed...
now having pissed off about 1/2 the guys....;-)))
brushed aluminum with black or gray metallic accents is ok....more or less stock appearing vette wheels....or maybe the ageless Torque thrust D style...
but hideous chrome sucks....especially on a stock wheel....

Yes they are polished aluminum rims. I think that the background of the rallys are giving them an unfair advantage. I will have to go up and take some more pics from the same place to make it fair. Also, I left the car parked in the garage for about 3 hours and not a single drop of transmission fluid came out!!

Right now the Rallys are painted White, I considered black but saw another white vette with them painted white and really liked it. If you look at the last pic I posted you can see it the white, I think it blends in nicely.
