I got the rear shoulder harness seat belts out of a 1990 Z28 last week. They were a little faded. I soaked them overnight in Ritz Black dye. They turned out great, it even redyed the plastic parts. I am putting them in my 72. The only problem I see is that the retracter is larger than the 1972 retractor. Any ideas in how to incorporate into the interior? Has anyone else installed Camaro seatbelts and how did you cover the retractors? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
