Default Need Block ID help please...

It's a 350 casting 3970010 with 4 bolt main. Back of block has 262. Stamp pad says V1106TJZ (no serial number). I can get head / intake and other numbers if that will help ID what this "junkyard special." Thanks, ~Juliet

Juliet
From what I can tell you have a Flint plant (V) manufactured on Nov 6th (1106) 1973 350cid used on C-10 to 2500 trucks (TJZ)
3970010 is a pretty good block from what I understand
Hope that helps
The website I got this from is http://www.nastyz28.com/sbchevy/sblock.html#ecode

Juliet
Most of the truck engines had a forged steel crank.
This could be a plus.
