Biggest Damn project I've ever done is complete!
I've completely rebuilt the front end...
I've completely rebuilt the rear end, complete with rusted in trailing arms....
I've built an engine from scratch...
But I will NEVER again build headers!!
No to be fair, these are 34" equal length ( +- 1 inch) into a custom 3" side exhaust. Most headers are 30" which would make them easier...
I spent a little over $500 in parts, and I have been working on them since the first of seprember!!!
I used an 80lb tank of Acetelyne, and about 5 lb of welding rod.
I spent at least 8 to 10 hours on Sat and Sun of almost every weekend since september working on them and lots of time after work.
And I finally drove the car today! It all works, life is good again :D
I have pics on film and can scan them if anyone is intrerested

Shoot. I was hoping that you'd want to build custom headers for all the forum members now! :D
Years ago I built a header for a 2 stroke race bike. After that I can't think highly enough of your skills. You have every right to brag!
